Wyman is a character from Grand Theft Auto VI presented by Rockstar Games in the content of the Classic Car Collection, included in the Ultimate Edition. Rockstar officially describes him as an eccentric collector and local fixator who orders the recovery of abandoned classic cars and still unfinished projects.
In the promotional pictures, Wyman appears in a workshop yard surrounded by classic vehicles, holding a key. His shirt bears the name Wyman’s World Auto Salvage Co., reinforcing his connection with parts, recovery and automotive restoration.

The Classic Car Collection places Wyman at the center of a classic car-driven activity. The official description states that the player must locate abandoned vehicles or projects in progress and revitalise them. Once restored, these cars may be appropriated by the player.
Rockstar uses the terms “eccentric collector” and “local” fixator” to set Wyman. Calling the character simply a mechanic is a reasonable interpretation from his workshop, from the key in his hand, from the auto-savage company stamped on the clothing and restoration activity, but “mechanical” is not the nominal position used by Rockstar in the official presentation. HubGTA maintains that distinction.
Who's Wyman?
Wyman is officially described by Rockstar as an eccentric collector and local fixator. He is responsible for the special Classic Car Collection commission, in which abandoned classic cars or still in design must be found and recovered.
Mechanic or collector?
The images make clear their practical connection with cars: Wyman shows up with a key in his hand in a garage yard, and wears a Wyman’s World Auto Salvage Co T-shirt. The community usually describes him as a mechanic. Rockstar, however, officially uses “ecentric collector” and “local fixer”. So the mechanic is treated here as Inferred function, not as the character's official title.
Wyman’s World Auto Salvage Co.
The name Wyman’s World Auto Salvage Co. appears in the character’s clothing, accompanied by references to the purchase and sale of parts. This links Wyman directly to a salvage business and automotive parts. There is not yet, in the official material consulted, a detailed form of the company or confirmation of all activities that may be carried out in the local.
Classic Car Collection
The Classic Car Collection is a special commission associated with Wyman and included in the Ultimate Edition. The official proposal is to track abandoned classic cars and design vehicles, restore them and make them yours. Rockstar reports that four vehicles of this activity are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition.
Vehicles connected to Wyman
The promotional material shows several cars in Wyman's yard. Among those identified or discussed by the community are Sirius, Riata Classic, Schyster Devent and Declasse Mamba GT. Not all these identifications were published nominally by Rockstar; the individual HubGTA pages indicate the level of confirmation of each vehicle.
What we don't know yet
Rockstar has not yet detailed Wyman's personal history, his age, origin, family relations, or the scope of his participation in the campaign. It is also not fully understood how the Classic Car Collection will relate to other activities of collection of parts and construction of vehicles reported by sources and community.
