Overview
The park expands the geography of Leonida with mountainous and forested areas. It is one of the biggest differences with real Florida, reinforcing that the fictional state does not follow real geography literally.
What appears in official material
Rockstar describes Mount Kalaga as an area in the far north of Leonida, with hunting, fishing, off-road trails and spaces where people live away from authority.
Community Reading
The mapping community uses trailers and screenshots to estimate Mount Kalaga's extension and position. Comparisons with North Florida, Georgia and other areas of Southeast United States are interpretations of fans; Rockstar did not establish a 1:1 geographic equivalence with a real park.
