Rockstar Games marked the next big performance of GTA VI. Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will be displayed on 27 August 2026, bringing a new official presentation of the game.
According to Rockstar ad, the premiere takes place first in Netflix, 3pm ET. On the same day, 21h ET, the content will be posted on the official Rockstar channel on YouTube and GTA VI website.
The company called the material “Extended Look”, but did not detail in advance all segments of the presentation. Therefore, it is best not to treat as confirmed possible demonstrations of specific systems, missions or mechanics until the video is displayed.
Netflix's choice calls attention because it puts the first display on an entertainment streaming platform before the open YouTube version. For those who do not sign the service, the wait will be a few hours: Rockstar confirmed the free publication on the channels themselves still on August 27.
The ad also concludes part of the speculation about when GTA VI marketing would gain strength again. After months of rumors about a presentation in August, there is now a date and format confirmed directly by the developer.
GTA VI remains scheduled for 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.S. Until the August 27 presentation, any detail on the content of Extended Look beyond what was released by Rockstar should be treated as expectation, not as confirmation.
