In early August, when Rockstar's channels were quieter, the possibility of GTA VI receiving a presentation later that month was again circulated. One of the voices mentioned was insider Nate The Hate, who said he did not expect a further postponement and pointed out nearby news.
At that moment, information about a performance in August was still rumored. The official release date, on the other hand, was already set by Rockstar: 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X
Nate also answered questions about a possible delay and stated that the game would proceed to November. The statement gained repercussions because it appeared in a period with little official communication.
“No. GTA 6 will arrive in November as planned.”
The rumor hit the general direction of the calendar: On August 6, Rockstar officially announced Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look, scheduled for August 27. This does not mean, however, that all the predictions associated with the rumor have been confirmed.
Rockstar still hasn't described each part of Extended Look in advance. The name suggests a longer presentation, but treating as certain a continuous gameplay, a complete mission or the revelation of specific systems would go beyond what the company announced.

In addition to the August presentation, Rockstar and Take-Two detailed the pre-sale. Digital versions can be preloaded from November 12One week before the launch.
The very Rockstar explains which PlayStation codes need to match the account region in certain markets, including Brazil. This information is official and replaces generic speculations on regional blockade.
On Xbox, the same support page tells you that codes are not blocked by region. The company's recommendation, however, is to purchase the corresponding version of the country and the account used on the platform.
An important correction in relation to the original version of this material: the physical edition You didn't stay out of it.. A Take-Two confirmed that the physical version, with download code inside the box, will be available from November 12 to allow preloading. The previous information about the absence of physical media during the launch period was incorrect.
